Vocals that soar above the clouds!
So 4 years ago, Xue (Injune Midori’s voicer) posted a Halloween-themed UTAU named HALLOWEENka Aki and never did anything with her ever again.
I kept bugging her every Halloween to work on Aki, and FINALLY this year, Xue found a new voicer for her. After a week of work, we got her released!

I’m pleased to announce that after far too many delays Aiko’s CV-VV RockLoud and BalladSoft Japanese voicebanks are released!
I won’t call them “finished” just yet, as I plan to record some extra pitches by the end of the summer to include, but they’re complete and working monopitch banks.
I’ve edited all the download links on the side and taken down the V.4 and Act3 voicebanks as they are now obsolete. Also, you’ll find a couple of extras, such as a whistle voicebank I made for fun (check the readme for that one please!) and an omake/exVOICE-type folder for Aiko that contains some slightly silly and random samples.
Thanks again for 4 years of UTAU! I’m happy to still be a part of this fandom~ and you can expect another couple of surprises coming up by the 16th, which is Project UTAU XYZ’s 4th anniversary!
SHE’S FINISHED! After a ridiculous delay, Akiko’s Japanese CV is up for download! Please let me know of any glitches, she’s not a perfect voicebank in the least and I think I might have done some weird things with the oto in UTAU-Synth.

Fuusenne Aiko
April Fools~! This was my prank for this year xD
Fuusenne was created from running Aiko’s V.4.1 voicebank through Garageband with the “Helium Voice” effect applied. She’s rather chipmunky, and her design (by Chulaentertainment) can be seen here:

There’s a bit of a story behind her name: originally, when Aiko (Kikyuune) was first created, I used the “Melt” UST to demo her voice and I was surprised at how high-pitched she sounded. I figured that was the effect of UTAU itself (didn’t know about flags at the time) so I named Aiko “balloon-sound” and attributed helium balloons to her as her character item. Unfortunately… I’d used the wrong word. “Kikyuu” in fact means hot-air balloon, whereas “fuusen” means helium balloon.

Aiko’s Third Anniversary will be July 10th! I’m planning a few things for it, so even though I might not be able to finish the voicebanks I’ve wanted, there will still be some new things for you guys to use =u=
Also, my momloid, Akiko, is nearly complete! She’s just lacking official art~ I’m planning to release her on my mom’s birthday, June 26th. Look forward to it 😀

New UST
I’ve decided to release my “1/3 no Junjou na Kanjou” UST! You can find it on the UST download page, as usual. It does not have a password, though I will not link to a karaoke or provide one since it is not normally available publicly.
It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, since I’ve been pretty busy. But I have a few things I want to share c:

Secondly, the domain name of the site is now kikyuune.utauxyz.net! That’s right, I bought a domain name to use for all Project UTAU XYZ web stuffs~ I’m looking forward to get back into coding, and I plan to abandon both UTAU XYZ blogspots once I’ve got my own site up and running, most likely with wordpress integration or something of the like.
Finally, stay tuned for Akiko’s release in the next few weeks~!
