Kikyuune Akiko CVVC JP demo!
A few days ago for Mother’s Day this year, I posted a little surprise for my mom: the first public demo of her CVVC Japanese voicebank, singing a duet with Aiko!
Some people have commented asking if I have plans for Akihiko (my dad’s UTAU) for Father’s Day, and I guess that depends on if he’s willing/able to rerecord… so I guess we’ll see?

Decagon: An UTAU 10th Anniversary Tribute
I’m super proud to present a project that my fellow Myriad circle members, along with guests CrusherP and Haru.jpg, have been working on for the better part of February+March!
Decagon is a 5-track mini album featuring the “UTAU Sisters” Defoko, Momone Momo and Kasane Teto! I produced track #3 with Defoko: “Retrospectre”
The album will be initially sold at Minna no UTAU, an UTAU-centric doujin event in Japan, on April 8th. Preorders are currently open on Bandcamp for a second-run physical release based in the US (but shipping internationally!) for people who would like the album but who… well… can’t travel to Japan on short notice, lol
A digital version will be available after the 8th as well, and all physical preorders will have access to it on release day! Any profits from Bandcamp sales will be donated to Musicians Without Borders, a nonprofit organization dedicated to spreading music education in wartorn areas of the world.

Whew! Got a little bit of catching up to do!
I can’t believe I never posted this here, but back in February I wrote a song with KAITO for the third and final ABCD Project! I tried to write something a little Grimm fairytale themed, and the song also features Aoki Lapis as chorus vocals. It was a lot of fun to make and I’m glad people seem to have enjoyed it!
Also, I’m happy to announce I’ll be hosting my UTAU: Free Virtual Vocalists panel at this upcoming Momocon in May! More details to come soon once the final schedules are hammered out–it’s already changed location/time once so I want to make sure everything is absolutely set in stone first!
If all goes well, I should have a special item to bring with me to the panel that I might do a raffle for ;D
