The following Terms of Use apply to all of Mathieu Rosaire’s voicebanks.

Art, Music and Other Fanworks

Content made with Mathieu Rosaire may use any artwork created for her by MystSaphyr, or any artwork that is included within the voicebank folders, so long as proper credit for the images is given to MystSaphyr and the use is non-commercial.

Mathieu Rosaire’s art and designs may NOT be traced, edited, recolored, or repurposed for any other characters. Similarly, “pitchloids” or any similar sound-edits created from any Mathieu Rosaire media are strictly forbidden.

Mathieu Rosaire voicebanks may NOT be used to train AI models (i.e. diff-svc).

Commerical vs. “Doujin” Use

There are certain instances in which media made using Mathieu Rosaire may sold, and certain instances in which it is strictly forbidden. For clarification, here is a distinction between “doujin” versus “commercial” use:

Doujin (OK)

Physical items that are self-published, printed and sold in limited quantities at single fan-events. These include CDs, books, prints, small trinkets (charms, stickers, etc.), and so on.

Doujin materials are specifically meant more for promotion and fun than for generating income. They do not produce a noticeable profit, as the sales essentially only cover costs of production.

For simplicity’s sake, items produced non-profit for charity also fall under this category.

Commercial (License Required)

Continuous or large-scale reproduction of a product intended to create profit. This includes physical items that are sold at multiple events or locations, or via online print stores such as Redbubble, DeviantART, Cafepress, etc. This also includes sales of digital music — such as that sold through Bandcamp, iTunes and others — as well as YouTube monetization.

“Commercial” works as described are FORBIDDEN without purchase of a commercial-use license.

“Doujin” works as described are acceptable and do not require a license or permission, so long as they conform to the rest of the Terms of Use.

Propaganda and Hate Speech

Mathieu Rosaire’s voicebanks and/or character design should NOT be used for obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous and/or unlawful content.

Mathieu Rosaire’s voicebanks and/or character design should NOT be used for spreading a political or religious agenda. However, traditional anthems, choruses and chants are fine.

Mature/Obscene Content, etc.

R-18 work of Mathieu Rosaire is permitted, as long as it does not depict rape, incest or other illegal & abusive acts.

Keeping the above in mind, please use Mathieu Rosaire at your own discretion. If you are still unsure of media content, simply contact Myst.
