Hibanane Chiyoko is usually soft-spoken and extremely polite, and she expresses wisdom far beyond her years. She enjoys afternoon tea and gardening, though her favorite “hobby” is quietly observing the absurd shenanigans of the rest of the VOXYZ crew. She often scolds Aiko’s immature behavior, though this usually comes across as teasing rather than actual admonishment. Aiko, Bunko and Chiyoko can often be seen together relaxing at cafés or singing at karaoke.
Chiyoko has pyrokinetic abilities (psychic ability to set things on fire, control fire) which are modulated by the antennae on her headset. Because of the intricate dragon and phoenix designs on the back of her jacket that resemble yakuza tattoos, Aiko and Bunko are fully convinced she’s a gang boss and is just not telling them. Of course, Chiyoko always dodges the questions…

Art, Music and Other Fanworks
Content made with Hibanane Chiyoko may use any artwork created for her by MystSaphyr, or any artwork that is included within the voicebank folders, so long as proper credit for the images is given to MystSaphyr and the use is non-commercial.
Hibanane Chiyoko’s art and designs may NOT be traced, edited, recolored, or repurposed for any other characters. Similarly, “pitchloids” or any similar sound-edits created from any Hibanane Chiyoko media are strictly forbidden.
Hibanane Chiyoko’s voicebanks may not be used to train AI models (i.e. diff-svc) without prior permission from MystSaphyr.

Commerical vs. “Doujin” Use
There are certain instances in which media made using Hibanane Chiyoko may sold, and certain instances in which it is strictly forbidden. For clarification, here is a distinction between “doujin” versus “commercial” use:
Doujin (OK)
Physical items that are self-published, printed and sold in limited quantities at single fan-events. These include CDs, books, prints, small trinkets (charms, stickers, etc.), and so on.
Doujin materials are specifically meant more for promotion and fun than for generating income. They do not produce a noticeable profit, as the sales essentially only cover costs of production.
For simplicity’s sake, items produced non-profit for charity also fall under this category.
Commercial (License Required)
Continuous or large-scale reproduction of a product intended to create profit. This includes physical items that are sold at multiple events or locations, or via online print stores such as Redbubble, DeviantART, Cafepress, etc. This also includes sales of digital music — such as that sold through Bandcamp, iTunes and others — as well as YouTube monetization.
“Commercial” works as described are FORBIDDEN without purchase of a commercial-use license.
“Doujin” works as described are acceptable and do not require a license or permission, so long as they conform to the rest of the Terms of Use.
